Installation – Balanced flue gas stove and beam – Gotherington, Gloucestershire
Our clients came to us prior to moving into their new build house wanting a hole in the wall fire. Unfortunately after carrying out a survey we discovered that builders had not built a proper chimney. Due to this they could not have the fire they wanted. After talking through the options and costs we came up with creating a chamber and going for a balanced flue gas stove as an alternative.
The installation was of a honed black granite hearth with a balanced flue Gazco Sheraton Gas stove and a Newmans Heartland 48” non combustible beam. The client also went for a tiled chimney breast as well as a tiled chamber lining.
